Can I replace the shower cartridge without cutting the tile? No cutting of the tile is necessary when replacing the shower cartridge. Simply follow these steps: 1- Remove the shower handle. 2- Unscrew the round cap. 3- Unscrew the brass cap with a wrench. 4- Pull out the cartridge and replace it with the new one.

What is your product maintenance? Don't worry, we've got you covered! All of our products come with Bostoner lifetime maintenance. The shower valve cartridge will be replaced free of charge, and other parts are eligible for replacement within 5 years.
