HG-N Replacement Filter for Water Ionizer (Not Compatible with K8 and Original HG Machines)

Before placing your order, please verify that the existing filter is compatible. Be sure to check the product images. The replacement ionizer filter is slightly larger than the original, but the connectors are compatible. This filter is designed for newer models that use the HG-N (HGN) type filter sold after January 1, 2011. It is not compatible with the K8 machine or the HG original type machines sold before 2011.

The filter is made with high-quality materials imported from Kuraray, a NSF certified manufacturer. It is recommended to replace the filter every 6-12 months, depending on water quality. This filter is compatible with machines that use the HG-N (HGN) filter type. Do not purchase this filter for the K8 machine, as it is not compatible. It is also not compatible with the F8 filter.

The filter contains Granular Activated Carbon, so a Flushing Process must be completed after installing the new filter. During this process, black water may come out temporarily. Instructions for the Flushing Process are included on the package.

Please note that this filter is not compatible with the "K8" machine or original HG models that use the "MW-7000HG" filter sold before 2011. It is only compatible with machines using the HG-N (HGN) filter sold after 2011. Ensure that you have verified the existing filter before proceeding with your order and examine the product images. The filter is made in South Korea and it is recommended to replace it every 6-12 months.
